History of the Ride
The 100 Horse Ride...
Two weeks before Wild West Days in 2018, I was talking to someone in our town and he was trying to convince me that Cave Creek wasn't a western town anymore. He said it was a motorcycle town. He said "I bet there aren't even 100 horses left in this town"

OH REALLY? I''LL SHOW YOU! I WILL GET 100 HORSES IN TOWN FOR WILD WEST DAYS.

And that's how it started. And we got 89, in 2 weeks. The next year we had 116.
Then we had a pandemic. I swore when I could insure that we could ride again and show our respect for the people who have served and died to keep us free, we would ride.
It's time, we will ride for Cave Creek and our cowboy way of life. We will fly our red, white and blue, we will have bagpipes and I'm sure there will be 100 horses.
